Our party of five (parents and three adult children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The location was perfect. A quick Uber ride to Old Quebec City and an easy walk to several restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood.
The beds were extremely comfortable and the towels were soft and fluffy. We appreciated having a Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen, plenty of silverware, and a dedicated parking space. Little things make this property stand out!
Next time we’re in the area with our kids, we wouldn’t hesitate to return for another stay.

My family of three had a very comfortable stay at this sweet apartment over the Christmas holiday. It’s in a great location where we could bundle up and walk to a nice park, cafes, restaurants, etc. The host was very responsive, too. This spot is on our list to stay again!

Ce n’était pas notre premier séjour et certainement pas notre dernier. L’appartement est toujours aussi beau, agréable à vivre, soigné, propre, dans une rue tranquille, mais proche de tout. L’accueil est exceptionnel, une réactivité sans pareille, un excellent service!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was perfect for our trip — a very walkable neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and bakeries just a short stroll away. We loved being able to step out the door and find great local spots without needing to drive.
Parking was easy and convenient, which made coming and going stress-free, and the apartment was also close to major highways, so getting around Québec City and the surrounding areas was simple.
Inside, the apartment had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. We especially appreciated the strong heat and reliable hot water — both were very important during our cold December visit.
Overall, it was a cute, comfortable place in a great area, and it made our trip even better. We’d happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Martin's place is comfortable, clean, very thoughtful touches through out. This is a really great location, easy walk to old Montreal, and beautiful pathways along the river. We also walked to a great local Market with tons of fresh food and artisans. Martin's communication is absolutely above and beyond. Thank you Martin for making us feel so welcome!

Superbes emplacement, prêt d’un très grand parc public et d’une pistes cyclables.
Nous étions à Québec pour l’achat de notre boule de Noël traditionnelle aux magasins de Noël dans le vieux, nous étions proche en voiture et facile d’accès.

I was in town for a business conference and the location was perfect. The conference was placed at the Musee de la Civilization and I was in perfect walking range with lots of restaurants in the area. The home was clean and spacious with a perfect kitchen setup. Would recommend 10/10.
