Très agréable séjour en famille! Martin a prévu pleins de petites surprises intéressantes pour nos enfants (3 et 6 ans) dans son logement et le grand nombre de chambres permets à chacun d'avoir son espace de repos à lui.

The place looks old from outside, but, we could tell that it had been updated with love and care. The apartment has the perfect mix of old charm meets modern! All of us were very happy with the accommodation and the layout. Each bedroom felt private and was furnished well. The huge windows are a big plus. The AC units cooled the space perfectly and everyone was comfortable throughout the stay.
The neighborhood is lovely and walk-able, just one block over is the avenue with plenty of restaurants, cafes, bakeries and even a pharmacy. Just a street over is a convenience store. Uber to old Quebec City was btwn $6 - $12
The place was spotless, the floors and everything else was clean and easy to find.
The host responded to our questions promptly and was easy to communicate with.
We enjoyed the outdoor seating and appreciated that there was sufficient parking in the driveway for our large car.
check-in and checkout process was very smooth. I would happily stay here again in the future.

The apartment was clean, clear of odours and felt safe. Close enough to old Quebec City that everything is walkable. No parking included but Marc provides a document with the many paid parking spots near by.

This house was great for our four night stay in Quebec City. The house was unbelievably clean and just as described. We stayed during a hot spell and enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed walking 3rd and 4th avenues in Limoilou for bakeries, restaurants, and stores. Walking along the St. Charles was lovely and the access to the highway made accessing the old city and Île d’Orléans very simple.

J’ai vécu dans ce logement pendant 4 mois ! C’est un studio très bien équipé et très bien situé ! Je recommande fortement. L’hôte est très réactif et répond aux requêtes rapidement et avec beaucoup de précision.
Je regrette néanmoins que le ménage n’a pas été inclus dans le séjour ainsi que l’apport du matériel d’hygiene (savon vaisselle, papier toilettes …)
