We had a wonderful stay. Martin's place is comfortable, clean, very thoughtful touches through out. This is a really great location, easy walk to old Montreal, and beautiful pathways along the river. We also walked to a great local Market with tons of fresh food and artisans. Martin's communication is absolutely above and beyond. Thank you Martin for making us feel so welcome!

Superbes emplacement, prêt d’un très grand parc public et d’une pistes cyclables.
Nous étions à Québec pour l’achat de notre boule de Noël traditionnelle aux magasins de Noël dans le vieux, nous étions proche en voiture et facile d’accès.

Der Aufenthalt in Martin's Apartment war wunderbar. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl und zuhause in den Räumen. Die ganze Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Betten sehr bequem zum Schlafen. Leider konnten wir Garten und Pool nicht benutzen, da es draussen bereits zu kalt war. Wir können dieses Apartment sehr weiter empfehlen! Herzlichen Dank Martin!

We really enjoyed our stay at Martin’s apartment. Super comfy with great amenities. Local area is good for cafes and restaurants and an easy walk in to the centre. Great location for exploring.

I was in town for a business conference and the location was perfect. The conference was placed at the Musee de la Civilization and I was in perfect walking range with lots of restaurants in the area. The home was clean and spacious with a perfect kitchen setup. Would recommend 10/10.

Departamento en planta baja sin necesidad de utilizar escaleras, barrio hermoso, seguro y a distancia a pie de la ciudad antigua de Quebec.
El aseo impecable y además nosotros no tuvimos problemas de ruido, tal vez porque no fuimos en fin de semana. Volvería una y otra vez.

Marc’s place was very well located and very cozy. Even though the building is old (it’s normal for Quebec City), it was very clean and updated. We had a great time in Quebec City.
