Good to know
My house has been entirely renovated to create an open space during last autumn. This make your moving space bigger and is great for your eyes. Another amazing thing is that I'm at walking distance of many restaurants and located near all the incredible tourist attractions offered in our city. I have a comfortable queen size bed and a sofa bed perfect for a child. You can move the TV if you want to watch it while laying in the bed.

My place is in a small building and the building is very quiet. It isn't a place to party or listen to loud music.

Neighborhood
Directly at the door of Old Quebec city, you will be charm and feel the long history of the buildings surrounding you. Founded in 1608 and granted UNESCO World Heritage City status, Quebec and especially the Old Quebec are brimming with history and attractions. Come explore its ramparts and fortifications, Terrasse Dufferin, la Citadelle and its incredibly rich architectural legacy. While in Québec City, visit one of la ‘’Capitale nationale’’ many museums and interpretation centers, or take a guided walking tour or calèche ride to fully enjoy the unique atmosphere of the French quarter. Like nowhere else in North America! And all of that, just a few minutes walk away from where you will sleep :) For people coming for work, you are 3 minutes walk away from the Quebec City Convention center.
Guest Access
I recommend walking or using a cab to walk around in my neighbourhood because parking isn't easy to find. Parking is free at night between 8 PM and 9 AM but it is maximum 60 minutes during the day. You should look for inside paid parking there are many place around.

Parking is a bit tricky during winter and summer but there are a lot of paid parking around (less than 250 meters away). A clear and simple parking guide will be provided few days before your arrival, including other means of transport. You can use taxi, uber or autobus (RTC Quebec) to move around town.
