A favourite among young families and entrepreneurs, this welcoming and original neighbourhood is really coming into its own at the moment. It even has its own slogan: #Limoilove This is the old part of Limoilou which is getting more and more popular around locals in Quebec City. It's unique because it has some of the most trendiest restaurants in town, lots of them on the now famous 3rd avenue. Few minutes walk away, you can find - Best pastry - Many small coffee shop - Amazing restaurant such as Le Cendrillon, la Planque, Miyagi Bistro thaï & Sushi, Le Salsa, Soupe et Cie - Pharmacy, grocery store, convenience store It is more of a locals place than tourist one which makes you see the real side of Quebec City. Moreover, you are still only 5-10 minutes by car and 15-25 minutes by walk from Old Quebec city and the Old port.

Note: Pool use is from June through August, sometimes into early September depending on weather. It's cozy and well-loved—even though it's older and smaller, it adds real charm to hot days.

You will have access to 2 parkings one behind the other, and if you need extra there are no restrictions free parking’s in some streets around the property. Be aware that when lights are flashing (winter), it means night snow removal, so you have to move your car. A clear and simple parking guide will be provided a few days before your arrival, including other means of transport. You can also use the bike path, since Limoilou is bike-friendly! Otherwise, the 801, 3 and 28 Métrobus lines provide regular transit service between Limoilou and Upper Town or Lower Town areas. I almost forgot, we have one of the most amazing bike/rollerblade/walking trails that goes around the St-Charles river, to the chutes Montmorency, to the lower old-Quebec until the Pont Pierre-Laporte aside the river. It's a must try :)
