Good to know
Built in 1890, this unique house has been really well maintained by the different owners over the years. You will see the impressive original wooden floor kept in really good condition, and the metal roof that is typical of the Old architectural style of Quebec. Its a 2 units condo building, and you will not notice the small family living upstairs they are really calm and welcoming. You will enjoy the main floor and the basement. It can comfortably sleep 6 adults with 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. I said we focus on family but the place is also well furnished for workers with the nice workplace in the basement, side to the small gym, and with the iron table. kitchen is furnished with everything I could think of such as mixer, salad strainer, Nespresso coffee machine, rice cooker, spices, etc. For family, I have 1 baby bath, 1 baby high chair, 1 playpen, and much more. Also, there is a small pool in the yard accessible during summer (June to August).
Other Details to Note
There are many great coffee shop around that you will enjoy walking to. PARKING: 2 privates spaces available from May 1st until November 1st. Then during winter you will have only 1 private parking space.

Neighborhood
A favourite among young families and entrepreneurs, this welcoming and original neighbourhood is really coming into its own at the moment. It even has its own slogan: #Limoilove This is the old part of Limoilou which is getting more and more popular around locals in Quebec City. It's unique because it has some of the most trendiest restaurants in town, lots of them on the now famous 3rd avenue. Few minutes walk away, you can find - Best pastry - Many small coffee shop - Amazing restaurant such as Le Cendrillon, la Planque, Miyagi Bistro thaï & Sushi, Le Salsa, Soupe et Cie - Pharmacy, grocery store, convenience store It is more of a locals place than tourist one which makes you see the real side of Quebec City. Moreover, you are still only 5-10 minutes by car and 15-25 minutes by walk from Old Quebec city and the Old port.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire place and the backyard only for yourself, including the pool of course :) **The pool you see on the pictures is only available from June till August or September depending on the weather in Quebec City but it is small and old.

You will have access to 2 parkings one behind the other, and if you need extra there are no restrictions free parking’s in some streets around the property. Be aware that when lights are flashing (winter), it means night snow removal, so you have to move your car. A clear and simple parking guide will be provided a few days before your arrival, including other means of transport. You can also use the bike path, since Limoilou is bike-friendly! Otherwise, the 801, 3 and 28 Métrobus lines provide regular transit service between Limoilou and Upper Town or Lower Town areas. I almost forgot, we have one of the most amazing bike/rollerblade/walking trails that goes around the St-Charles river, to the chutes Montmorency, to the lower old-Quebec until the Pont Pierre-Laporte aside the river. It's a must try :)
