Completely renovated in the last year "Vintage style" with pronounced touches of wood. It is a few minutes walk from all that is wonderful in old Quebec! If you come for work, the apartment is a 4-minute walk from the Center des Congrès de Québec. The apartment contains everything you need for cooking as well as high-speed WIFI and an HD TV.
Good to know
My lovely apartment is small but just spacious enough to live in comfortably. The bedroom and the living room are one so if you are 3 or 4 people you will have to sleep in the same room (I do not recommend 2 people on the sofa bed). You will find everything you need to cook good meals (cookware, cutting board, knife, cooking utensils, oven dish, etc.) You will be located on the ground floor, there are only 2 steps to climb to enter the building. There is a retractable table as well as a folding chair under the bed to allow you to install it if you need a permanent work space.
Other Details to Note
**Attention, during the winter there are occasional snow removal operations in the entirety of downtown Quebec. Which means there are trucks, snow shovels and other heavy machinery running around at night between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. removing snow from the streets. IT IS VERY NOISY. If you can be disturbed by these noises, please consider the option of a well soundproofed hotel or write to your host before booking.

En plein coeur du vieux Québec, c'est l'endroit dans la ville de Québec où il y a le plus de vie. -Manger à des restaurants reconnus de haute gammes, ou bien a des petits pub de cartier avec des bières de microbrasserie de renom. -Marcher jusqu'au Château Frontenac, dans les petites ruelles qui font le renom du vieux Québec, ou bien sur la Rue St-Jean qui est une des rue principales. -Vous pourrez faire le tour des merveilleuses Plaines D'Abraham. Et tout cela, à quelques minutes de marches de l’appartement!

**FREE PARKING ON THE STREET IS LIMITED to 60 minutes between 9:00 AM and 18:00 PM then it is free all night but might be hard to find a parking space.

Concernant les stationnements, c’est difficile d’en trouver dans ce coin de la ville. Toutefois, des stationnements intérieurs payant sont disponible a moins de 5 minutes de marche de l’appartement à des prix très raisonnables. Un guide très simple et clair vous serez envoyé quelques jours avant votre arrivé, comprenant les stationnements à proximité ainsi que les autres modes de transport disponible.
